Recapping December User Group Meeting in London

On December 5^th over 50 Solace users and other folks interested in our technology came together at the Rise London | Shoreditch to experience the launch of our exciting new Solace Cloud messaging as a service offering and gain insights into how other customers are deploying and using Solace technology in their business.

The event was opened by Barclay’s Group Head of Innovation Michael Harte who introduced the crowd to Rise London, a facility founded by Barclays to bring together exciting fintech start-ups and industry experts so they can work together to create the future of financial services. We then welcomed Philip Miller, Founder of Solidatus & Threadneedle Technology, who presented on Hybrid Cloud in action and introduced us to Threadneedle’s exciting Technology.

Our own Mark Spielman then took the stage and introduced our exciting new messaging as a service offering called Solace Cloud. He talked about the challenges which arise when implementing hybrid and multi cloud architectures, and how Solace Cloud can address them.

After those presentations and the launch of Solace Cloud, attendees enjoyed refreshments and networking time during which they swapped stories about cloud migration, digital transformation and their use of Solace technology. Here are some pics from the event.
