ESDC selected Solace’s event streaming platform to serve as their data distribution foundation as part of a digital transformation project called Benefits Delivery Modernization (BDM) that aims to improve operations and increase the department’s capacity to be responsive to the changing needs of Canadians.
Benefits
By enabling the real-time distribution of information across applications, departments and geographies, BDM will facilitate Canadians’ access to Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan and Old Age Security benefits by streamlining applications, reducing wait times, and improving the department’s ability to meet service standards.
