Dave Rutledge

David (Dave) Rutledge serves as a Senior Principal in the Private Equity group at Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (“HOOPP”), where he is responsible for direct investments and co-investments in the Software & Technology and Business Services sectors.

Prior to joining HOOPP in 2021, David worked at another Ontario-based pension fund, OPTrust, focused on private equity and infrastructure investments. David began his career as an investment banking analyst at Greenhill & Co. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University.
