Julie is Solace’s Chief Legal Officer, responsible for global legal strategy, commercial matters, and governance. She works closely with the executive team to integrate legal perspective into key business decisions, including enterprise growth, AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory risk.

She brings more than 20 years of experience across companies at different stages, from early startups to large, regulated organizations. Her background spans financial services, government, and healthcare, with senior roles at Entrust and Harris Computer.

Julie is known for providing clear, practical guidance and putting in place processes that enable legally-sound business execution without impeding innovation and success.
