Ottawa, Canada, December 11, 2007 – Solace Systems, the leading supplier of content networking solutions for enterprises and service providers, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Actel, a strategy and technology consulting firm specializing in the Asia Pacific and Middle East Africa regions, to resell Solace’s complete family of content networking products in China.
The agreement enables Actel to deploy Solace’s appliances with service provider and enterprise customers throughout China. Partnering with a company with such strong relationships in this large and growing market will help Solace continue its Asian expansion.

Actel and Solace have collaborated on a number of network trials in the mobile service provider and content service provider spaces. Through this partnership, additional opportunities in the banking, gaming and IPTV market segments are currently being considered.
