- Ensure that every user of our products has an equal opportunity to share their honest feedback, regardless of whether it is positive or negative
- Continue to invite a fully representative set of users/customers to write and submit reviews
- Make sure all reviews submitted to the site comply with Gartner’s Community Guidelines
