Azure Functions Producer

You can trigger Azure Functions on events from PubSub+ event broker, leveraging its REST Delivery Points to event enable your Server-less architecture as part of your event-driven architecture (EDA) journey.  An Azure Function can become a streaming datasets into Azure PowerBI for endless data analytics possibilities.

In the 9.8.0 release of Solace’s PubSub+ event broker, the Click-to-Connect Wizard in Solace PubSub+ Broker Manager can easily create REST connectors to cloud services like Azure Event Hubs, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Amazon API Gateway, and more.

The Click-to-Connect wizard helps you get set up faster and with less manual intervention. Because the wizard guides you through the connection process, you don’t have to know which individual settings and properties you have to configure or in which order. The wizard automatically creates all the REST Delivery Point components (RDP client, REST Consumer, queue, and queue binding). If the data you want is on a different PubSub+ event broker, you can setup a bridge between the PubSub+ event broker that contains the data and your Azure Function from a PubSub+ event broker (v9.8) to take full advantage of this Click-to-Connect capability.
