OTTAWA, Ontario, July 24, 2017 – Solace, the creators of PubSub+, an advanced message broker that can be used to create an event distribution mesh, today announced the availability of PubSub+ Cloud in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). PubSub+ Cloud helps developers building cloud-based applications easily tap into the power of Solace’s enterprise-grade messaging without the need to install, maintain or upgrade messaging brokers in their own environment.

Developers will be able to set up Solace PubSub+ message brokers in three regions of Google Cloud Platform: us-central1, europe-west1, and asia-southeast1. Support for dedicated HA plans and other enterprise-grade features will be added in the coming months, with general availability planned for later this year.

“We’ve heard from many customers running applications in Google Cloud Platform who want an easier way to exchange information with applications running in other clouds and on-premises,” said Shawn McAllister, Solace CTO. “We believe PubSub+ is the best and easiest way to do that, so we’re pleased we can now offer that flexibility.”

Google Cloud Platform will be selectable as a deployment option for Solace PubSub+ Cloud on August 11, 2018 as part of a beta trial period. To learn more about Solace PubSub+ Cloud or to sign up for free, please visit
