Franklin Antony

Franklin Antony has been working in the IT industry for over 18 years architecting and delivering large scale, complex and critical solutions in various domains such as Integrations, SOA, Mobile development and Business Intelligence. Hands on experience architecting and leading development of solutions predominantly in Java, Oracle Technologies and exposure to .NET Technologies. Franklin is currently working as a Lead Solution Architect at Digital Dubai and his team is responsible for the delivery of APIs, services and integrations within DigitalDubai.

Franklin has led a number of key solutions that have increased the government efficiency and effectiveness by delivering an Event Broker solutions and Integration Platform as-a Service(iPaaS). Prior to joining Digital Dubai he has been working at emaratech, a leading in-house software development company in Dubai. He and his team was in-charge of the design and delivery of the NextGeneration – Advanced Border Control solutions that handled millions of passengers entering/exiting the Airports which incorporated a staged event-driven architecture (SEDA). Additionally managed diverse projects such as government eservices, mobile development and emerging technologies. Franklin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology – Calicut (NITC).
