Employees chat directly with a virtual support agent inside their existing MS Teams application and get answers ranging from HR to technical support. 

  • The Action: An employee uploads a PDF of a medical claim or asks about company firewall rules. 
  • The Behind-the-Scenes: The Teams Gateway securely authenticates the employee via Azure AD. It passes the prompt to your back-end Solace Agent Mesh. 
  • The Resolution: A specialized HR or IT agent fetches the answer from private enterprise databases. It stream-lines the solution right back into the Teams chat window.
