Red Hat certification helps organizations that have standardized on it and whose operations value the peace of mind they get from 3rd-party certification when choosing software. About PubSub+ for OpenShift 

PubSub+ efficiently streams event-driven information between applications, IoT devices, and user interfaces running in the cloud, on-premises, and in hybrid environments using open APIs and protocols like AMQP, JMS, MQTT, REST, and WebSocket. PubSub+ supports a wide range of message exchange patterns beyond publish/subscribe, including request/reply, streaming, and replay, as well as persistent and non-persistent qualities of service. 

As a complete event streaming and management platform, PubSub+ Platform can be installed into a variety of public and private clouds, PaaS, and on-premises environments. The version of software available via the catalog is the free “Standard Edition” of PubSub+ Event Broker, which provides the full functionality of the software with a message rate up to 10,000 per second and 1,000 concurrent connections. How to Deploy Solace-certified Container and Helm Chart 

Helm is a software package manager that simplifies deployment of applications to platform clusters while a chart is a collection of files that describes the platform resources. It manages the definition, installation and upgrades of a Kubernetes application. This facilitates sharing because a single chart can be deployed in different circumstances by installing the chart with a custom values.yaml file.
